Job Summary

The Manager of Channel Inside Sales II leads Channel sales and supports sales execution to align with all regions. The leader is accountable for overall channel revenue growth in support of sales and retention efforts to achieve and/or exceed channel sales targets and revenue targets.

Job Description

  • Manage, direct and drive work activities of the assigned Inside Sales team

  • Sell the company’s products/solutions/supplies

  • Generate prospective customers and close sales generated by cold calling

  • Partner and guide customers to the resources they need

  • Coach Inside Sales Reps

  • Hire, train and manage performance of the Inside Sales team

  • Qualify leads, identify decision makers, determine customer needs, explain products and solutions, overcome customer obstacles and close sales; while coaching the Inside Sales reps on how to do the same successfully

  • Sell the company’s products and/or services via telephone using knowledge of the company’s products/services/supplies; while coaching the Inside Sales reps on how to do the same successfully


  • 3-4 years Sales experience (preferably in an inside sales environment in the business-to-business market).

  • Leadership experience that can include managing, peer-mentoring, leading projects or participation in organizational activities

  • Excellent communications (oral and written), organizational, negotiation, persuasion, planning and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in business, sales, or related field
