Job Summary

Reports to Senior Director of Consumber Field Sales. Under minimal supervision, provides complex administrative support for one or more directors and/or group of professionals. Typically supports multiple managers and/or staff. Independently researches and obtains information for complex reports and special assignments. Analyzes complex problems, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports.

Job Description

  • Composes, prepares, edits and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondences.

  • Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies, programs and product lines.

  • Answers telephones, screens calls and forwards messages.

  • Typically uses software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing applications.

  • Operates general office equipment.


  • 2 years related experience in specific area or equivalent.
