Sales Support and Administration for our Russian business.
Commercial offers (quotations) preparation for potential and existing customers
Orders submission within various internal systems, orders aligning to existing order entry criterias
Inter-departments communication/negotiations in order to provide best offer to a customer (price, feasibility, delivery terms, lead time)
Day-to-day improving customer experience
Customer contract management activities, involvement into the legal activity
Communication with customers on a daily basis (meetings, calls, e-mails)
Small-based customers business/workflow undertaking (offers, issues resolving - billing, legal, local)
Maintaining customers' database
Sharing experience of working on the Russian market while international Sales/Team meetings is held, suggestions on how to improve the workload within Sales Support team, sharing challenges being faced with
Local company assistance, taking care of Russian customer documents (Contracts, Addendums, Accounting set of documents (Invoices, Acts, VAT invoices)
Accounts Payable (vendors) and Accounts Receivable (clients) departments straight communication on a regular basis
Office management activity
