Position Description: Responsible for the accuracy of Items, Suppliers and Contracts residing in the Supply Chain and Procurement systems. Interacts with Suppliers; escalates as needed to Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations or Supplier Performance groups. Responsible for some Procurement systems user security, and password resets, system user training, and supplier assistance and support. Individuals will have an understanding of CenturyLink procurement strategies, contract terms and conditions, and procurement/asset systems – Products Purchasing (SAP), Services Purchasing System (SPS), LCAM, EWM, CTLSupplier and Qprocure/CTLGate Portals.
Maintain all Outline Agreements and Info Records for Supply Chain and Procurement Organization for items both on/off contract and
Work with End Users and Procurement team to get material added, changed and deleted out of the SAP catalog
Manage CTL Supplier Access (SUS) for new vendor invites.
Continue to support CTLGate for new Supplier Invitations as well as maintaining existing CTLGate accounts
Provide data to owners of NIBs to get items added to the NIBs catalog
Once item is created a “quote me”, info records or source lists is created for NIBs.
Maintain AMMS new item adds for CLEI codes so they can be pushed down to EWM (Extended Warehouse Mgmt System) for receipting material.
Maintains Contracts and Vendors in AMMS
Management of AMMS application
-Application support between business and IT
-Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Control Cards
Vendor Broker report- manage new CTLGate registration sent out when new vendors are needed to be added to SPS, as well as work vendor failures from SAP to SPS interface.
Review Material Change Request (MCR) prior to item(s) being loaded to the catalog for validation of data as well as adding of additional procurement attributes
Final review of the MCR Change/Delete process prior to final disposition
Works with LCAM team to ensure we get flowthrough of the systems for the PIC’s program (SAP, AMMS, EWM, LCAM)
Works with Strategic Sourcing daily to ensure the correct data is being created in SAP for the items on and off contract to ensure highest percentage of Purchase Order flowthrough.
Ensure the Buyer table is updated several times a week to ensure the correct buyers are aligned to the correct items
High School Diploma; preferable 1-2 years college; associate degree
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in performing similar duties and responsibilities or the equivalent in training and experience
