CenturyLink, importante multinacional de telecomunicaciones con presencia en 3 continentes y más de 60 países, busca sumar a su equipo de Datacenter un Semi Senior y Senior Datacenter Operator. Su rol principal será asegurar el correcto funcionamiento en un ambiente multiplataforma, de los servidores y servicios de la infraestructura central de Datacenter y de los clientes.

Sus principales objetivos son:

  • Administrar sistemas (Linux, Unix, Windows).

  • Atender requerimientos vía teléfono o mail a clientes corporativos; y resolver incidentes en los equipos.

  • Control de back ups.

  • Monitorea de servidores y servicios.

  • Mantener contacto con equipos de LATAM por incidencias.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados

  • Estudiante de Ingeniería o Tecnicatura (preferente).

  • Conocimientos en Windows, Linux, Cisco.

  • 2 años de experiencia en áreas de IT (conocimientos de sistemas operativos)

  • Fuerte orientación en servicio al cliente.

  • Ingles intermedio (oral y escrito).

Site de trabajo: Chacarita

Horario: turno rotativo (a confirmar).
