Responsible for helping to execute product strategy, developing and executing new processes that advance the product roadmap, help to ensure financial growth and profitability, and ensure an industry leading customer experience.
Participates in the development and lifecycle management of CenturyLink product portfolios. Requires technical/industry aptitude.
Responsible for helping to define and develop how we deliver services to our customers. Supports sales with customer opportunities, complex solutions and pricing.
Focused on the customer experience with an ability to understand and transform CenturyLink process and IT ecosystem.
Adept at communicating technical requirements into internal executable written and verbal presentations.
This role provides opportunity to make an immediate impact on both our short-term deliverables and long-term strategic goals.
- •Global 3rd Party Data Center Support to drive revenue and EBITDA targets•Define partner resell process from quote to cash and ongoing service support•Work with existing resellers including 3rd Party to adhere and refine to process to provide best customer experience•Drive 3rd Party partnership end-state and manage exception customers’ life-cycle, systems transition and federal customer program refinement and management•Manage all resell orders from Quote to Cash•Delegate tasks in workflow systems•Work with partner on solution delivery•Work with partner on customer support
Undergraduate B.A. or B.S. degree. Focused area of study in Engineering, Business, Finance or Economics preferred.
Key Skills: Strategic thinking, problem solving, profitability management. Strong business acumen and product/technical knowledge. Represents CTL in customer and industry events.
