Job Description

Level 3 seeks Planner III – Strategic Off-Net Access to work in Broomfield, CO.

Responsible for supporting off-net network architecture; ensures optimal design and capacity utilization requirements; supports the company strategy around vendor partnerships, network expansion, and incremental and embedded cost management. Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, mathematics or Business or Five years experience in position in similar industry with similar essential duties; Knowledge of project financial modeling, valuation analysis and value derivation in engineering-focused role; extensive understanding of access architecture, market analysis and telecom industry; skills to analyze large data sets, model variables & dependencies, provide conclusions and recommendations; extensive knowledge of project management skills like planning, executing, controlling work with constraint management; proven knowledge of planning executing, controlling work and constraint management like scope, quality & budget; strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio and SQL.
