CenturyLink has an immediate need for a Lead Process Improvement Analyst. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. Communicate well with employees at all levels in the organization and build effective relationships, collaborating with HR and IT colleagues and leadership.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and lean process improvement opportunities for the HR function
Conduct lean process improvement/ value stream mapping sessions
Implements process improvements identified through lean process sessions
Consult with client/stakeholder partners to ensure overall process improvement/project satisfaction
Frequently contributes to the development of new processes and methods
Develops resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity
Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment
Work is accomplished without considerable direction
May contribute to establishment of organization's strategic goals
Performs in an internal expert role
What We Look For in a Candidate
Detail oriented with 5+ years of in-depth working knowledge of lean process improvement and project management.
Experience working with HR functions and processes.
Highly skilled in deep dive data analysis
Experience in identifying and leading subject matter expert teams through lean process analyst
Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking Methodology
Excellent group presentation and needs assessment skills
Masters Degree or Equivalent Experience
Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
